Subject: Navex Global Ethics Hotline for Amazon

I have tried to file a report with the Ethics hotline at Navex Global, but have been disconnected several times now. I have sincerely tried to work in good faith with Amazon to resolve issues involving safety and discrimination experienced at PGA1 in Pendergrass, Georgia. Unfortunately, after being ignored and disconnected, I have been left with no choice but to file complaints with OSHA and the EEOC, as well as any other agency that will help Amazon address the serious issues.

It is extremely disappointing that Amazon would allow associates, Process Assistants and Operation Managers to use the term "diverse culture" as a way to justify and mask discrimination. As an advocate, who has passionately advocated for the equal opportunity of diverse groups, I am disappointed to know that ordering from Amazon is funding discrimination and compromising the safety of employees at Amazon. I believe other customers would be surprised to know they are funding the serious issues going on at Amazon too.

Navex Global should also be ashamed to represent themselves as leaders when they don't even have an ethics line that works appropriately.

Democracy dies and darkness and silence.

Thank you.
